1-Year Warranty:
Motor/Controller/Battery/Charger/Front Fork/Rear Derailleur/Handlebar

3-Month Warranty:
Headlight/Taillight/Brake Light/Mechanical Brake

15-Day Warranty:
Equipment/Electric Brake/Electric Throttle/Painted Signboard/Decorative Strip/Footboard

Please note:
Warranty requests must be submitted within the warranty period from the delivery date of the product. Delayed warranty requests will not be accepted.

Once the issue is identified, our specialized team will have the flexibility to select the most suitable warranty solutions:

Refund:
Partial Refund / Full Refund / Return and Refund

Redelivery:
Resend the parts / Resend a new product

Repair:
Please send the product to the nearest repair center to receive repair service.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Significant promotional discounts (more than 50% off) or enjoying free gifts or giveaways at the time of purchase.
  • Natural product degradation due to wear and tear during use.
  • Warranty becomes void if any changes, removals, customizations, or replacements of product components are made.
  • Further damages caused by improper use of the equipment or continued use after a failure.
